At Cat Plus, we aim to provide the best quality products. However, if you are not satisfied, please review our policy:

Returns Eligibility

  - Product must be unused and in original packaging

  - Return request must be made within 3 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

  - Used or opened cat litter products

  - Products damaged due to misuse

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

Refund will be credited to the original payment method

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 24 hours with proof.

Cancellation

Orders can be canceled only before dispatch.
